Real Estate Emerging Manager Investment Program Search for the New York State Common Retirement Fund


Pension Consulting Alliance, Inc. (PCA), on behalf of the New York State Common Retirement Fund (CRF), seeks to identify best in class managers of emerging managers, emerging managers, and other professional firms who have expertise in emerging manager real estate firms. The purpose of the mandate is to select a manager or managers that will construct and manage a domestic focused Emerging Manager Real Estate Program on behalf of CRF emphasizing diversification across investment strategies, vintage years, styles and geographies.

Proposals must be received by PCA on or before 4pm ET, November 24, 2010 to be considered for evaluation. All costs and expenses of responding are at the responding firm's expense. All questions regarding the mandate should be sent to reemg@pensionconsulting.com by November 10, 2010. CRF and/or its Staff are not to be communicated with during the search process and doing so may result in disqualification.
