    Dr Hsu is best known for bringing Silicon Valley-style investing to Asia by establishing H&Q AP in 1985. H&Q AP is a leading private equity firm that has managed over $2.7 billion in committed capital. Ambassador Yang was Vice-president of the Board of Administration of CalPERS, Vice-chairman of its investment committee and a Senior Advisor to Lombard Investments. Together, they discuss what it takes to build a successful investment business, the intensifying cross-border opportunities with Asia and how to take advantage of them.
